My slogan is never give up. I sued a bank for wrongful repossession of a car in the Tupelo area. The jury found the bank guilty and ordered them to pay. The local judge threw out the jury decisions. I fought the case all the way to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court reinstated the jury award. (Black v. Peoples Bank and Trust Co.)
