I am admitted to practice and represent clients in every state and federal court in Mississippi. I am admitted to practice in the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and before the United States Supreme Court.
My slogan is never give up.
I sued a bank for wrongful repossession of a car in the Chickasaw County area. The jury found the bank guilty and ordered it to pay. The local judge threw out the jury’s decision. I fought the case all the way to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court reinstated the jury award. (Black v. Peoples Bank and Trust Co.)
